A Grill Company, Noida- Navratri special

Newly opened in the Logix City Centre Mall is a place called “A Grill Company” on the 2nd Floor. It is a fairly spacious place with a seating capacity of 120 people.  The interiors are nicely done and the concept of live grill and molecular gastronomy is appreciable.

On the special occasion of Navratri, they have introduced “Navratri-Special” menu along with their regular menu. We were overwhelmed to see the variety in their Navratri Special menu which covered almost everything required to satisfy a fasting person's hunger.
Apart from these, we also tried their regular menu items. For the starters they served Nitro Fried Palak Patta Chaat which was such a delight. After this we tried Nacho’s Chaat with nitro yogurt over it which was another unique creation. They prepared it live and we enjoyed the demonstration. Then, we were served deconstructed dahi vada sundae. At first glance, it seemed to be an ice cream sundae but there were flavoured yogurt scoops topped over dahi vadas. This dish was amazingly delicious and a must try.

The menu consisted of fruits like pineapple, banana and watermelon, snacks like banana chips, sabud dana papad and sabud dana tikki. The tikki was bliss and a treat to the taste buds on a fast. The main course consisted of kuttu atta poori along with aloo paneer ki subzi. Both were filling and tasted well. In desserts, they had fruit yogurt which was the show stopper and lauki ka halwa which looked scary but was mind blowing in taste.
For the main course they have a huge variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. We tried Manchurian and noodles. The Manchurian balls were properly cooked, well spiced and crispy. However, the noodles were too dry and difficult to eat without the Manchurian gravy.

All in all, the food was delectable, ambience was pleasant, staff was courteous and service was prompt.
